No matter what the occasion Joseph's (formerly Rascal's) has the facility to meet your needs.  Located in Avon, MN Joseph's is just off of Interstate 94 and 10 miles west of St. Cloud.  Our facility encompasses 4 unique areas including:  Fine Dining, Banquet Room, Corporate Meeting Room and our relaxing Bar / Lounge area.

 

The new owners Mike and Sheryle Eastman, along with their son Shane are excited to take over this facility with big plans in the near future.  We look forward to seeing you!
